From a single drum roaster.
We started Ember & Oak in a garage with one small-batch roaster and a lot of opinions about coffee. We still roast weekly, in small drums, tasting every batch before it's allowed anywhere near your cup.
We know our farmers by name, pay above fair-trade, and roast to bring out what the bean already is — never to hide it.
